Cebu III Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CEBECO III) was organized primarily for the purpose of supplying, promoting and encouraging the fullest use of electric service at very reasonable rates on an area coverage basis pursuant to PD 269, as amended. CEBECO III is a distribution utility operating in the franchise to provide electricity to its member-consumer-owners from the Municipality of Aloguinsan to Asturias, Toledo City, some barangays of Cebu City, Talisay and Minglanilla.
